I have created these personas that will inform design/business decisions for the Manhattan Mini Storage brand.

MY ROLE?
• Collaboration is key for me. I worked together with my content strategist to review users interviews conducted in the past.
• We involved stakeholders and customer service to help us understand insights about our users. We hang post-it notes and posters to visualize our users and make them appear real.
• Then I identified primary and secondary personas.
